. . . . We are very proud to offer an extensive selection of fine, handmade Italian instruments for sale. We work closely with our supplier, Bill Weaver of "The Violin House of Weaver" in Baltimore, Maryland, who in turn has in his employ a graduate of the Cremona School of Violinmaking. Each instrument selected has been hand chosen and thoroughly scrutinized by our representative for quality of construction and beauty of sound. Virtually all of our instruments are made by members of the "Consortium" or instrument maker's guild in Cremona, or from the larger shops, such as the Giorgio Grisales-Edgar Russ shop. You can be assured that any instrument from one of these makers will be a sound investment for the future, as it matures into a rich, beautiful instrument. Old Italian instruments are virtually priceless, but you can own a part of this history for little more than the cost of an anonymous German or French instrument. |
