- We are able to send out up to two instruments for a 14 day approval. We require a valid credit card, with a ship to address the same as the billing address. We do not charge for the instrument until you decide to keep it. You will be asked to fill out a simple credit application over the phone.
- The instrument(s) will be shipped in proper cases, tuned and ready to play. When you receive them, check for any shipping damage, and call us if there is any. We insure all our instruments for shipping.
- You have a 14 day period in which to determine if you want to keep an instrument. If you choose to return it, Pack it in the original shipping container and send it back to us. If the instrument was pre-paid, you will receive a refund immediately upon return of the instrument.
- If you do keep the instrument, you have a 12 month period in which you may exchange it for full price toward any other instrument in our shop (minus the string change-cleanup fee). After that time, our guaranteed trade in will apply.
- NEW - We now have the ability to finance any instrument we sell. Financing is for from one to two or possibly three years, depending on the price of the outfit. We offer anywhere from 0% interest to regular bank rates, again depending on the amount financed, and the time period of the financing. We use Equifax as our credit reporting company. Typically we ask for 25% of the total price as a down payment.
OUR GUARANTEE: After the initial 12 month period, we will take any instrument back on trade toward any instrument of the same type at it's full purchase price as long as the new instrument is double the price of the old one (i.e.. $1000.00 instrument traded for $2000.00 or more instrument receives $1000.00 trade in). There will be a string change-cleanup fee of $50 for violins, $65 for violas, and $125 for Cellos. Bows may be traded back minus a rehair charge and a small clean-up fee (dependant on bow condition). Cases are not covered under this policy, but will be dealt with on an individual basis, dependant on condition. A reduction in trade-in will be made for any damage or excessive wear to the instrument being traded in. Instruments may be traded back for another instrument at less than double the price: an adjustment in the trade-in value will be made, (after the 12 month initial period). The value will never be less than 75% of the purchase price, except in the case of exceptional damage to the instrument (excessive finish wear, any cracks to the instrument, etc).
TEACHERS: If you are in an area that is not served by a proper violin shop, and would like to have several instruments sent at one time for your students, please contact us by phone (1-877-642-8111) or email. Once we establish an account with you, we will be able to send you instruments "on approval" for your students.
Instruments OVER $5000 dollars: If you are searching for an instrument in this price range please feel free to call our shop and schedule a visit. We will not ship instruments over $5000 dollars. If you live out of state and should wish to fly into Atlanta for the day, please call our shop to discuss your travel plans. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause someone interested in one of our instruments. However, we feel that when a person is looking for an instrument at this level we are much better able to serve you in our shop. Please feel free to call us if you have any further questions regarding this matter. 1-877-642-8111. |
