All Step Up Program instruments are professionally adjusted in our shop, and any further adjustments needed will be performed at no additional cost to the customer. We use only the finest quality materials available in the setup of these instruments. Please note that the rental equity or trade-up privilege will apply not only to Doetsch and Dunov instruments, but also to any higher-grade instrument in stock or available from our supplier. These will include Wilhelm Klier or Friedrich Wyss instruments, as well as handmade Italian and antique restored instruments. Please read our Step-Up Rental Agreement. |
