Welcome students to enter the T-Shirt Design Contest!

Would you like to see your artwork featured on Upbeat! 2010 T-shirts and win a full camp tuition???
Every Upbeat! Applicant is eligible to enter. The work must be that of the student (not the parent!).
To submit your design for consideration, send it with this entry form by May 1, 2010.

Our judges will pick 1 winner from the entries received. The winning T-shirt design will be featured on all Atlanta Violins/Upbeat! 2010 t-shirts which will be worn who knows where?? You will get a free camp tuition to the session of your choice. Your name will also be announced at theconcert of the (session) camp you attend, and your name will appear as the winner on the website of Atlanta Violins.

OFFICIAL RULES
1. Designs should measure 8.5 x 11 inches.
2. Designs must be on Unlined white paper or illustration board. Designs must be in INK ONLY.
3. The design must include the words "Atlanta Violins" and "Upbeat! String Camp 2009".
4. One official entry form and Upbeat! Application must be submitted with the design. HOWEVER, multiple entries may be submitted, with just the one application and entry form. DO NOT Affix entry form to artwork.
5. DO NOT WRITE ON THE FRONT OR BACK OF ARTWORK.
6. Color copies of original design will be accepted.
7. Designs may be drawn free-hand or computer-designed - CLIP ART IS NOT ALLOWED.
8. Entry must be submitted to address on form form.
